Home Photo Sessions

Here is a sneak peek from a series of photo sessions I did last Monday in Holland. I shot 12 mini sessions in one day hosted by Courtney and Betsi (thanks ladies–it was great!). I enjoyed meeting many new kids and seeing a few familiar faces come back for pictures! Enjoy the preview–there are many more where that came from!

Liz and Brady Engagement Photo’s

Liz and Brady were briefly in town from the Chicago area, so we fit in a time to talk about wedding pictures and schedule as well as an engagement session. It was great to meet Brady and get to know both of them a little bit more. We’re looking forward to their September wedding at Windmill Island! Congratulations you guys!liz and brady engagement picture 1liz and brady engagement picture 1

Henry-Newborn Photography

I met 3.5 week old Henry last week for one of our free photography sessions. This session in particular really proves that you really just need a couple of happy minutes to get the shots. We initially tried to take a couple of shots of Henry laying on his own, but he wasn’t up for that. He wanted to be held. It took a little while to calm him back down, but right at the end of the alotted time, we got all of these shots. He started posing, squirming, smiling–so cute!henry kehrer picture 1henry kehrer picture 2henry kehrer picture 3

Mark & Lindsay-Wedding Photography

Mark and Lindsay met at Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity, so it was very fitting that much of the decor used for the ceremony and reception came from the Habitat for Humanity Restore and reinvented through lots of hard work and creativity. Their honeymoon wove together leading a team of nine individuals to Zambia representing Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity and working with the Local Habitat for Humanity Affiliate and spending a little bit of time on their own at the end of the trip.

Congratulations Mark and Lindsay on your beautiful wedding and your new marriage!

Cousins!

Cullen, Logan, Tanner and Tommy were part of a series of sessions I shot in March in South Haven. The four of them had a lot of fun together keeping each other laughing and smiling and making my job very easy! The handsome pink shirts are in celebration of their grandmothers triumph over breast cancer–some of these photo’s were a birthday gift for her!
